The noble pig is the king of the Irish table so it’s no surprise that Belfast’s chefs try and use it in as many of their recipes as possible. Moroccan style pork chops is smething of an innovation. You have to ask yourself what cookery book the kitchen in Kelly’s Cellars is using. I’ve been to Morocco and I jst don’t remember this on any of the menus.
