The East London Advertiser this week carried a story about a junior doctor from Bethnal Green unsuccessfully trying to lobby his MP at the Houses of Parliament. Apparently you now have to pay to see him.

The blurb below is taken from the Hackney Empire’s website. No one would mind this sort of extra curricular activity if there had been some evidence of the man’s presence in the constituency this year.
