On account of a weekend of self-indulgence I’m reluctantly handing control of the site back to the acting editorial team. Their performance last weekend was just about mediocre and they’ve been told they need to improve.
Moderating comments is a bit beyond them at the moment which means that if your comment does not appear immediately it will probably not be released till Monday.

That’s probably because you didn’t give them enough cat treats! That’s possibly on their list of demands, Liam….
Once you capitulate then they will be using their retractable claws at full throttle in relation to moderating comments and imposing the comments policy.

Liam, probably, you have not recognized, that your cats’ demands are transitional demands, which can not be completely fulfilled, until cats have destroyed the human mode of production … 🙂

I thought their editing wasn’t purrfect but at least it wasn’t a catasrophe. They seemed a bit heavy handed on the mouse occassionally. Fortunately the comments weren’t littered with too much shit.
