Hundreds of people were turned away from this week’s Socialist Resistance meeting in London on account of fire regulations. If you were one of them here are the notes around which I improvised while plucking random facts from the Economist. It was a bit of scene setting for our event with the Green Left next Saturday and some political preparation for the Copenhagen climate change talks.
