Hello comrades and friends. I hope everyone is well over there, greetings from the Tambillo miners of Chile.

I am writing to ask for you help and solidarity. In May 2009 the miners of Tambillo were locked out the Pinochetitista mine owner, Errazuriz one of the biggest and most right wing capitalists in Chile. Since then the workers are having a terrible time. Most of us still do not have a job, and are without security or a salary. I know that many of you with children will understand the time we are having as parents. The miners wives and children give us strength over the last 7 months of our strike. We continue to pursue out case through the courts, but we expect a few more months of this and justice is very slow. Friends, we need your help, solidarity and comradeship now. Please give a helping hand to the miners of Tambillo.
