Not much of a video but crank up the volume and wait for the pipes to come in.

Liam,
You have only picked the, IMHO, apex of Irish traditional music. The best known live version was recorded in 1969, a signal year in so many ways. Marcshlua Uí Neill is innovative ensemble playing by Seán Ó Riada and Ceoltóirí Chualann. This does not appear to be the live recording from the amazing ‘Ó Riada Sa Gaiety’ concert (1969) and subsequent album. Or maybe Liam edited out the audience, though that would be difficult as the audience and band can be heard responding throughout this scintilating performance.
Ceoltóirí Chualann made six albums and you can see them and Ó Riada’s orchestral ‘Mise Eire’ among the Gael Linn discography here: http://www.irishmusicreview.com/discgael-linn.htm
There is to be a type of ‘Ceoltóirí Chualann and friends’ concert in Liberty Hall, Dublin, later in the month.

D_D I’ll have t o disagree with you. It’s as good as any performance a tune can be in under three minutes. In this house it’s been compulsory listening several times a week for many many years.
