   And there’s a European Championship in 2 years.That’ll give you an opportunity to tell us how much more progressive it would be to keep to a British football tournament rather than playing in a european one.

   It’s a snide remark about the European Union and the Euro, I suspect Liam. The AWL, being unable to spot a trap for the working class when it sees one, refuses to oppose the EU.

   I can’t stand it either, but where I am the Georgy boy flag is de rigour, so I compromised and, whilst not watching a single match or part thereof… bought a PhilosophyFootball T-shirt with the Che slogan “It is not just a simple game. It is a weapon of the revolution”, with Guevara 11 on the back…
