  1. No fear Liam. This one is a football-free evening, the perfect way to avoid Euro 2008!

  6. The reference to football is the fact the party is organised by Philosophy Football together with Red Peppper and the FBU, and Philosophy Football apart from producing ‘dissenter’ T-shirts’ produce philosopher, and surprise, surprise, football T-shirts. The party itself however has little, or nothing, to do with football (tho’ of course the greatest red triumph on these shores in May ’68 was Man Utd winning the European Cup at Wembley, ‘cept they wore blue that night!)
