The TUC yesterday voted against a series of strikes in defence of public sector pay but is supporting “days of action including a major national demonstration against the government’s pay policy”. Are we heading for a winter of industrial militancy or sellouts and defeats? How will the recession impact on union members? Come along for the discussion.
